Just helped a client get into a cash-flowing property the other week in Raleigh!

you typically do this at least a week before the sale and verify the amount owed to a lien holder to try to make sure there is not an accidental foreclosure sale of that property. 

Over the last six months I have been working on my first 28 unit apartment building closing July 17.

I’ll have 15-20 hours a week that I can dedicate to supporting a pre established team but I need to find said team.My goal is to own(full ownership- no outside money) 40 properties and 80+ units/doors in the next 12 years.Help?

owners relative called me and asked what would theyhave to re-pay me to re-claim their house (have not heard from owner)....right of redemption is 6mos in Houston tx...should I respond to therelative or just wait 4 weeks (when county sends me the deed) n have them go thru the court system to redeem?
