Hi @Joe Mazur - please don't select your inspectors because of price ... this is not the time to try and save a couple hundred bucks.The specific property and location can influence which inspections you'll want to consider, but, in general, here's what I'd be thinking about (along with the inspectors I used on my own purchase in Cary):general home inspection (Eric Coates - Detailed Home Inspections)pest (Neuse Termite and Pest)roof (Roofwerks)radon (Advanced Radon Detection Services)I would have a different person do each of these.
