Honestly I have been cautious about investing here because  Danville is shrinking instead of growing, and  the town has never quite been the same since the textile  factories shut down.  

Unfortunately around here we can't use anyone but a licensed plumber for such work.Recently we had a meter leak at the supply side shut off valve.

Like the old saying, "No one goes to a restaurant with an empty parking lot." ;).
