Regarding financing @Ham Merritt is spot on with everything he's shared and he knows the Milwaukee markets and lending options extremely well - a great resource to leverage.

I've got a few resources for you.

after my first two quarters being an HOA board member, I think it would be wise to research the property management company a board has guiding them.

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

We use a CPA for audits and tax returns but use either bookkeeper and in house resources for the daily/weekly tasks. 

I would say the school matters if you want to network a little and have the teacher as a resource but you already have the BP community.

This seems absurd given there is already a supply in the area.Anyone with experience that can guide on a normal price range?
