Make them understand their stupidity in not having insurance now comes at a price.In the future make sure that any tenant intending to park a vehicle on your property must have it registered, plated and fully insured.

They will run the vehicle tag/vin and issue an order of compliance and maybe even have it towed for you.  

@Frank Chin I had the opportunity to travel to NY a few years ago with my son and his middle school.I hear that just owning a car, in many parts, costs thousands of $$ just for parking.The last car we purchased was our fourth vehicle. 

I actually need a pickup truck, so I have been looking into how tax advantage of purchasing a vehicle for business purposes.  

So you can see there are many ways to use this vehicle.
