I know of a fund/vehicle that could use a Pocket/Napkin NNN listing(s) in the near future. 

I say this at the end of every post and I'm sure if people are following my posts, they might get annoyed, but if your goal of investing doesn't match your investing vehicle, then it's probably not the right approach.If I had your available funds, I might consider a mix of investments including stocks, mutual funds, and perhaps REITs.

We have done newspaper, radio, TV, bandit signs, large, medium, and small billboards, direct mail, online stuff, door hangers, vehicle graphics, you name it.   

Be sure to outline: 1) How often you expect the lawn to be mowed I don't recommend saying "as needed" because their version of needed will inevitably be different than the city and I also don't recommend doing by height as that is not precise.    2) What they are responsible for providing. 

I found they are almost too precise in their cutting, and it's a very tight fit. 

But be cautious, vetting the sponsors is critical because there are good ones and bad ones and it takes due diligence to figure out which is which.In addition to private offerings, other vehicles that fit your description are traded REITs, non-traded REITs and DSTs (typically used in 1031 exchanges).

You should use a lawyer to make sure that you follow the law precisely, otherwise the eviction will be invalid.That is not to say that the answer is simple.
