You can still pick a business name out of thin air and tell your tenants this is the name of the company that manages the properties. 

Also, with them i had a "landlord policy" which i would think is generally less expensive as the tenant has insurance as well and i have a separate umbrella policy with GEICO.  

Probably rare in a rural setting in.. an urban setting you can almost count on it.the othere issues will be title insurance when it comes to a lender policy.
