this is old tried and true method of simply having you pay them to get credit cards .. there is no need to pay for this service.. unless you want to of course.. there is no magic bullet ut there that is going to give you credit and financing unless you actually qualify for it.But zero interest credit cards are used by some to do rehab and then pay them off issue is though your fico score drops like a rock the second you take on all these CC.Also starting out there is zero chance of getting any kind of business line of Credit that is unsecured.

If you are buying a high cost property with litle to no cash flow, you likely don't have to worry about paying tax on rental income since your depreication will wipe out any cash flow from being taxed.

It was my first time stepping through the motions of a property auction and it was still a great learning experience, despite missing a technical deadline and not being able to bid on any properties.I am now in the process of closing on a FSBO listed duplex that's a better deal in comparison to most of the properties that sold in the area during the auction, so it all worked out in the end.
