I just checked the Thurston County Recorder website and there were only 2 Lis Pendens (start of judicial foreclosure process) filed in the entire month of December.

I found one of his websites that is a new development here in South Florida with over 100 properties alone.

The ones that either respond to your website, or call and leave their property information, on your voicemail. 

Google their website and find their SS dept phone number.

I didn't start doing this because I wanted to escape the 9 to 5 drag or because I saw a tv show or infomercial or a slick website.

I know you put their website in your post but I assume you have a personal relationship that you are referencing.

I read all the books and took the classes but nothing taught me more than hands-on experience.

Hey guys,Every time I listen/read someone's real estate strategy, I see that every deal start with cold calls, letters, etc.How often can you/I find a good property through websites like Hotpads, Zillow, Realtor and Trulia?

Being my age I am considering looking into another job that relates to real estate that will give me more experience and insight into the industry which will allow me to apply it to my own future portfolio even if it means taking a reasonable pay cut.
