Medium Intensity Push Pull Pattern:- There is so much more to a deal than just the idea, I mean, there is a venture capital group in San Francisco that doesn't even care what the idea is, they don't even look at it when the deal comes in, the only thing they care about is who the people are behind the deal.

Then divide NOI by the cap rate you need (std in MHP industry for medium sized well run parks is 10%) so divide by 0.1.
