If so, I realize my post is late to the game and wish you the best, but wanted to share a few things and maybe reassure you or give you more clarity of situation in Hawaii and submitting an offer in this market.

Are you the type of person who will bang on the door of a rough C/D class tenant and tell them to their face that they're late on the rent and they better have it by tomorrow along with the late fee or you're going to evict?
