I have explored other sources and have found the level of complexity you describe to be true.

We're growing (and smaller) and I'm just trying to make sure we have explored all of our available options for growth.  

If I did not have kids I would house hack LA and in some " bad areas" Maybe one day your kids will ask where dad invested back in 2015.

It usually kids and/or pets who get a hold of the cotton swap package.

Hi Troy, I have an opportunity to buy 40 acres general use, currently permitted for 100 campsites--which seems like a terrible use of space, but that's beside the point--and have explored the idea of a Tiny Home village extensively.  

Long story short, my relationship with a woman and her kid didn't work out, and I was left with the home. 

One of the biggest things I have noticed is this: college kids don't really care if you just remodeled the house they are moving into...

I'm really trying to learn and explore my options as I won't be putting my home up for sale for another 6 months and could easily take another 3 or more to sell.

I promise after the kids' movie is over it's right back to business.
