Just click on Real Estate Data -> Property Details after you've entered in an address.

That is a really great book and I find the technique he describes very helpful.However I feel like there are a few items where it's going to be hard to estimate their cost by myself, even with the described technique.

What details would those be?

The main items are a Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Agreement as a Non-Designated Firm (3% BA fee for 12 month contract, & who’s licensed in VT), and the PM structure above. 

Can you provide details that the building was zoned for multifamily in previous zoning overlay ( this will help support the case)?
