I read his materials cover to cover and there are many inspirational pieces to get you off your rear end and into the field.Although I bought the materials back around 2007, before Dodd Frank and the SAFE Act, the theory is all very sound.For the money,under hundred dollars I think it's a great value for the consumer to get a grounding in the basics of real estate investingI have not experienced Simple Man's coaching want to but I can only assume that it's excellentIf anybody that follows me on BP is considering the educational product, I highly recommend that you make the investment

I enjoyed reading the book, I found it very inspiring and informative and I appreciate how the book shows you real world examples on how you can build your real estate fortune.However I see one major problem that is like a 800 lb gorilla in the room.

Looking at the competition for ideas on materials, as mentioned above, is very, very helpful, but I'd spend some time going to the open houses on new-builds for your design inspiration - you need to offer as good as, or just slightly better than what's available in the target market you're aiming for when it comes to choice of materials, but, for design direction, look at new. 

I did a little side project last year for fun to give families like yours and ours some inspiration for the types of adventures you can take as a family in our state (lostinmt.com/quadrant/southeast/).

While this might not prevent it from happening, it will hopefully inspire tenants to feel responsible about what they put in the drains.

Look up other houses in the area that were staged and sold for inspiration.  

Plus I follow him on instagram and he is funny as **** and he inspires me to reach for the best version of me and strive for more.
