I've also been told by some other investors that New beginnings title is good as well as Red door title.

Also, my work did not include Florida in my W2.

The sales agreement we signed a couple of months ago did include a map of easements, but it did not show anything in the back yard.

Its hard to put all of the advice into 1 post but people usually will be happy to share with you 1:1 (including me!)

Since I am new to this and this is my first time doing this, wanted to know if there is any clauses I should make sure is included in the agreement or any clause to watch out for.

The listing agent should have all the info available to potential investors that they'll need to make an informed offer however including rent roll, financials, photos, proforma, sometimes current leases redacted and sometimes (more rarely) even a recent inspection or pre-inspection, etc. 

We are in the 2/5 years so we could sell and profit 200K+ tax free or we could rent with cash flow (not including mx) 1K/Month.
