My question boils down to either fixing a property and adding two short term rental opportunities for long term growth and passive income or going arbritage and move towards creating as much capital as possible to quit my job ASAP and invest in my own real estate and carve my own path.

The growth has been great, but it's starting to wear on me a bit.

By population growth, landlord friendliness, city size (I LOVE big cities), economic diversity, my budget and a few other factors.So Indianapolis is one of my winners which I am looking into more seriously. 

Is this in an area with no growth or what does the area look like? 

by layering this type of structure with good insurance you are creating an business model that will not just benefit you and keep you secure and your personal wealth growth growing but it will benefit your children, or heirs.

As the  primary goal is to build and grow the portfolio  I am agnostic to the location or type of real estate.   

I think staying active on bp will help me immensely.

Some areas have better growth than others.  

Any speculation on growth to the area?
