Hi,I'm trying to get into real estate from a while now and I've came across pace morby's subto formula.

When they realized that nowhere enough existing loans were available, they created a work around” that consisted of purchasing a newly originated loan through table funding  and meeting the seasoning requirement by having 3 months mortgage payments placed in escrow.  5 - The entire basis of hard money lending is that there is no formula or program or algorithm which can be used to predict which loans should be made and which avoided.

(This is over-simplified but I hope you can see where I'm going)I'm not sure how to do the math to see the exact figures in both cases to determine amount saved vs amount gained over time.There's got to be a formula or a calculator somewhere but I'm not having any luck with search results using my existing (limited) terminology.  

I have a simple but scientifically proven formula for that.

Is there a quick analysis formula for multifamily?
