We would then be forced with the ugly, distasteful and unfortunate dilemma of kicking out (or at least trying to) a very nice single-mother & child (who happen to be not-horrible tenants) during winter-cold February PLUS inconveniencing all the mothers who bring their 3 month olds to that particular daycare.This is not a pretty situation.If it comes down to an 'eviction' it could get ugly (it's one thing to evict a drug-dealer but another altogether to evict a single mom&child with daycare babies...!)

What I thought would be a good experience turned out to be a nightmare - our tenants who pay MUCH CHEAPER than we do get treated better with a faster turn around than we have.My experience has been horrible, the process is NOT streamlined and God forbid any repairs exceed $500 - then you have to wait until the contractor bids out the work before it gets fixed (It's been 2 days since my hot water heater has not worked - I hope the bid doesn't cost over $500!

the deal that turned the corner in the way you attacked future projects. it doesn’t have to necessarily be the most profitable one but perhaps teaches a valuable lesson.ill start. i was calling about a property in a desired location that as i found out during the call had a horrible cap rate, was overpriced and had numerous issues with the city. just before i was about to hang up i asked if he had any other investment properties in the area. and boom, that’s where i first heard about my second and best deal to date. now i never end a call without those simple words.

The comeback is usually I have heard horrible stories about tenants and I do not like them.Well if you run your business like a business and not like a GET RICH QUICK, you will screen the tenants through a company that is reputible.

lol one problem jon, he was homeless. i dont know how horrible you could make it to get him to leave.he was paying rent but stopped.
