Hello Kaleb,Years ago, I went to a Mobile Home Park University seminar, and I remember a very similar question. 

This is usually done under the assumption that laws are more favorable where the LLC is formed, then the persons home state.

I am looking at a home that has been abandoned for awhile and is pretty run down atleast from the outside (who knows what the inside looks like).
