Can you rent one out for ice fishing season, or deer season--will anyone rent it out for that?

A couple weeks ago I told our team that I wanted to "crush our competition into a fine dust and blow them away in the wind" or something diabolical like that and I'm pretty sure they all thought I was nuts. 

Gardening, hunting, fishing, first aid training, house repair expertise? 

Drives me nuts when those get picked up by my searches on the MLS. 

Stopped paying extra when rates went nuts.
