At the south end of the property are 15 acres set aside for an elementary school.....Most of the talk (at the recent meeting) centered on the recreation area that will include a soccer/multi-purpose field as well as tennis courts and basketball courts, rest rooms, and parking over a 6.25 acre parcel.....Grand Avian Parkway will have a five-foot wide landscaped median, 5-foot wide sidewalk on the east side and an 11-foot wide bike path/trail on the west side.

Besides redoing the entire inside, I plan to paint outside, install new cedar/cable railing, redo roof with metal, replace doors and windows, paint, and remove and replace landscaping without big trees.

When I wanted to expand my business territory, I hired new agents to focus on our expansion markets. 

I'm curious as to why the new plan cuts inside of simpsonville as the current city expansion seems to be passing that point on 64 already? 

If you want to look at expansion There's a couple of different paths you could explore.Sell the primary, move into smaller, invest the rest. 

With the rent that I collect, I use that to cover maintenance/insurance/tax/utilities/landscaping anything else that comes up.
