Licensed attorney don't have to do the education, just pass the exam.

I probably see him twice a week or so now, and he is still sharing golden nuggets and pouring into my business.I don't doubt that someone may have had a bad experience and decided to put it out on the unforgiving internet, for all to see, judge, and pass along.

I have also been given great referrals by real estate people and even insurance agents who have experience with contractors that did work for clients to get a property passed inspection, etc.Good luck and remember to enjoy yourself!

Hello All,I've recently passed my NJ real estate exam and I am looking for advice on companies to join as an entry level agent.

Ask me how I know this.I had a person that did Ron's classes with me 15 years ago ask me about funding a flip (on a house I'd already passed on) a few months ago and their incompetence was staggering for someone "in the business" that long and supposedly had training. 

A newbie investor purchased said loan and had attempted to collect the amounts due well after the loan passed statue of limitations.  

IE. inspections not passing, partner not agreeing, etc. 

The Forums are informative and can sometimes be quite entertaining as well.

If I find anything about SF or Memphis I will pass it along.

I passed the exam and I started as an agent at Weichert Realtors Hudson Morgan Group.I'm looking to network with other investors and learn the ropes.
