Forget web-based sellers of lender lists, most/all of which are scams, and multi-state far away lenders, who likely have no understanding of you or your area and might not be sympathetic to any problems you might have after you’ve borrowed the money.Do prepare a list of questions for your prospective lender.

@Ryan Judah If your contract states that one or more units are to be delivered vacant and they are not vacant at closing, your attorney or title company should require a hold back of funds paid to the seller.The amount should be enough to cover an eviction and whatever other fees (moving, storage, legal, locksmith, unpaid utilities, etc) you would encounter due to the seller's breach of contract.

Since we already had 2 snowfalls in Philadelphia this season, I recently encountered a conversation with a neighboring landlord about snow removal and how it is suppose to be done. 

I look at finding a handyman or contractor like dating many different none commitment encounters to find the one.

Hey there all, I am sure I am not the only one who has encountered this issue. 

They seem pretty shady, and I would like to expose the scam if that is indeed what it is!

Recently while our crew was working on the house remodel, my foreman told me that a Woman stopped by to ask if the property was available for rent, as she was looking for a property with disability access, unfortunately he did not get her contact information, but that encounter awoke a curiosity in me.My question is, has anyone ran into a situation similar to this where you were able to find a market for these types of rentals?

No offense, but all of you that have contacted me - I don't know you and there're simply too many scams out there, including on this site. 

Has anyone ever encountered this, thanks in advance.
