I have been looking at Single Family and condo's there in the Nacogdoches market as a possibility for my next rental purchase.

This puts you in the position to have to find a tenant that wants a fully furnished condo for a longer term lease.

Small Condos and town homes go for 180 - 230.

I have been keeping my eye on a couple duplexes and I am having trouble trying to find comps for one of them.

I've pretty much limited myself to duplexes for that reason.

Closing on my 1st duplex next week that has current long term, month to month tenants occupying both units.
