Before we started supplying W/Ds you should have seen some of the dumb installations I saw done by tenants - supply hoses jerry rigged with duct tape, drain lines not hooked up, dryer vents crushed flat, dryers miswired, etc.

don't rely on tenant for this type of contact.. for this..YOu call original vendor and get him out for a visit to see what can be done..Then or before thenGet a second pool company to come out and look and give you a bid to repair the liner.. the pool will probably need to be partial drained if it's not already down to the tear mark. and or cost of new liner.F is for fabulous right... check your vendors before you hire.
