Hello,My name is Janice and I'm new to real estate investing and I'm thinking about using "Really Flip Now" along with "Deal Dog".

To be more specific, my niche is the first time home buyer, investor, cheeseburger-eating, dog-petting, fashion-obsessed market, but that's getting really particular. 

What he did complete was great & I still can't believe the guy walked away, but not paying your off-the-book guys hurts.The contract was tight & every aspect of the job & draw ran through our attorney's para-legal & she's a bull dog (also an investor).

You want to make sure if you’re the bird dog, that you’re dealing with reputable people because they could stiff you and your recourse would be minimum if anything at all.

On the other end of the spectrum, you have the properties in the areas with gang shootings, drug raids, low performing schools, and the neighbors with 5 aggressive dogs that attack the fence anytime someone walks within sight of them.
