Hi @Dick Rosen,  we also were using QuickBooks and are just in the implementation stage with PW and very unhappy with custom service and are considering moving to Appfolio before investing more time and energy. 

@Edwin WongSince you have chosen to not indicate your actual location, why is beyond my understanding, no one can give you a concrete answer for your question regarding local auction customs.  

That pricing is insane unless you have specified everything custom.

I would think that many property management customers would want this.

Anything from mapping to customer lists… how do you handle your data?

I have 5 administrative staff members in my property management firm, and I trying my best to improve their customer service skills.My main interest would be to have telephone mystery shops done as I would think that in person shops might be expensive.  

Emily, We started with a draft from our local RPOA office and customized it over the years.  

My father works for a dealer, and they struggle getting customers financed.

Actively learning my markets, I found a broker who understands that I will not be showing houses or selling to retail customers, that all my deals will be my deals and he is offering a 80/20 split on commissions which I'm good with to have access to his lender network and building relationships with the other realtors who I'll gladly give the commission to if they find me deals. 

It's a customized version of Zoho, specifically made for wholesaling (it seems).
