I take on average 10 minute showers, I would estimate that it happens a couple of minutes into the shower.

It seems the developer has carried several properties and is unwinding positions after a couple of years/qtr of operations at several sites. 

Take a look in your area for local meet-ups as well, it also appears that you have a couple of BP'ers that want to meet up with you!

Since we have the stainless appliances, the porcelain wood grain tile floors, the granite, and so on, and brand new privacy fences and newly installed patios with pavers, we think our units are comparable to the high end apartments, but without the community facilities those come with.
