Currently i have package HVAC unit whose duct work going into crawlspace and blowing from bottom of floor to tenants.

Are flexi ducts are better or metal ducts are better in crawlspace for HVAC system.

Is HVAC in crawlspace better or better to move to attic by building new duct work on the roof.

Tenant says ducts are bad.

The largest I made was choosing a property as a master lease that did not have adequate duct work to the second floor. 

Fasten the lid on with a couple of wraps of duct tape.You now have a mouse feeder that no one can get into except the mice, and they can't pull the bait block out and leave it in the middle of the kitchen floor.About a week after you put out the poisin, hire someone else, not the pest guys, to come and seal up those gaps in the wall.
