They just seem like a shining light to attract mischief to me.   

There are lots on google but most portfolios somewhat unimpressive.We have theme rooms and LED lights and blacklights and all that stuff so we want someone that really knows what they're doing and is going to put some time into it.

Hi BP Community,We closed on a rental townhome (brand new construction) that immediately had a raw sewage leak that covered much of the first floor damaging tenant possessions on day one. 

Maybe lightly stage the kitchen with some colorful accessories, touch up the chipped/stained looking paint on the cabinets.

I sent a gel I've used in the past and informed her I need to take care of the infestation prior to buying a new oven so they don't destroy the brand new one. 

Here is a picture of the 5 unit, I'm looking to paint exterior, change up light fixtures, and numbering and possibly spruce up landscaping, but would love any other suggestions.Thanks!
