I think you should report that agent to the realtor's governing body and have that investigated...I'd guess the realtor could lose their license if there is a way to prove what they have been doing.

One could argue that 60/40 makes sense to give you voting weight but that can also be accomplished at 50/50 via the partner agreement.

I was sadly mistaken they still assigned the appraisal to a residential appraiser and comps nearby were the limit of their valuation.The values  as an example were:Comparable sales approach - 390kIncome approach - 485,000 - starkly higher when capitalizing the incomeCost Approach - 413,000Then at the end of the report there is language that says " with the most weight of value going towards the sales comparable approach with value at $390,000 ."
