The units are the same size, but the higher rent places might have granite and stainless, and new kitchen cabinets, while the lower rent units don't have any of those, having the original builder grade cabinets with white appliances.

Do your due diligence and ask about such things as how long have they been in business, are alternative assets their sole focus, are they BBB accredited and rated, are they a regulated financial institution, have they ever been sanctioned by any regulatory bodies, how many accounts and how much in assets do they administer?

closing cost, fees, etc, etc. lets say then, house was worth 140.000. but my point is this would be a deal, every body involved is happy. how about adding a answer 52. it's hard to foreclosure.
