I could see stagnation of some form, for sure.Honestly, if I had to dust up my crystal ball (99c at your local staging company store), and I didn't have to give you any numbers, I would say that A properties will strongly devalue, multi-families overall will plateau and maybe reverse yoy in price appreciation as rates go up and fewer cash flow (perhaps, the nuance is that multi's in areas in transition will bear less of the hit on appreciation), but condos and single-families in and around Boston will continue appreciating, albeit, of course, more slowly.

I'd say str and co-sign for them would be not only a quicker solution but would still leave you the room you need to be able to flip your str if the market bears a fast roi on it.

Nightstands (you put them together), bed frames and headboards, mattresses (typically just queens - we buy better king mattresses locally), and lots of decor options just by doing a quick key word search for your location/style (for example I did a kid's room and furnished with these cool Smokey the Bear tin art works - about $30 each).

The city has good zones right next to war zones so the year a property was built really has no bearing on your ability to keep it rented or whether it'll keep all its copper if it ever goes vacant.

But being a condo, depending on what you did out of code or not within the bylaws I would think shouldn't be that bad, i.e. nothing structural or behind the walls like electrical or plumbing or removing load bearing walls?.
