I'm currently researching areas that would work for SFH rentals.One thing I've been doing is looking up deals online (mostly REO/fixer uppers) and then making fake Craigslist ads advertising the property to see what sort of response I get and what rental rates people seem open to.

Try creating more ad groups and following them closely, adjusting them as they bring in clicks or not.

There was a contractor that used to live next door to my friend that inspired the remodel - new kitchen and added horizontal square footage.Plans from the architect were drafted, turned into the city planner's for review, Comments were made, Architect corrected and then neglected - architect let them sit in his office for 5 months, finally turned back in and then the planning department moved and lost the plans.

It's just not going to be as steep.Unfortunately the effects will now be longer lasting because we just added a burned to tax payers that will only compound the pain and accelerate a weakening dollar and higher inflation.Next Monday could be the bombshell.
