I found out that you can only use 50% of your money, that you can only have 1 withdrawal at a time, and more...Long story short, I closed the account, paid the government the money due them and used the balance of the money to purchase two more rentals.  

I recently was let go from my job, (boss and I did not see eye to eye) but im not letting that slow me down.

There is NOT in Keene, there are a lot of rentals available, and they are hard and slow to rent.

My sense is that things may be slowing a bit in Dallas.

Learning a lot and investments seem solid, but process seems slow and running out of cash for 20% deposits.

I agree that things will be slow regardless of the outcome in Nov.

Actually, I did see one video course offered...but they gave a sample of it and I found the instructor very slow, so I dismissed it as an alternative.
