I have a question about appraisals on a mobile home park.

Its been fun listening to BP for months and determined it was about time to expand the circles around Seattle (and the nations & world!)

If anyone on BP has any experience in the central Texas area (Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander) I would love to pick your brain and possibly bounce some ideas off of you.

The person that owned it sold the whole park last month to a group of people from TEXAS.A few weeks after ownership changed hands, there are 7 more cabins sitting in the driveway of the park. 

If I could I would buy a $2,500,000 park with $250,000.

Hello all,Just wondering if anyone has ever noticed an increase in difficulty when it comes to finding tenants for a property with no off-street parking, no washer/dryer hookup, or the combination of both. 

What you will find out by calling around is the national banks and regional banks are a waste of time to even call if you are looking to cash out within 6 months. 

If that's the case and you're in the $295k range, have you looked in Thorton Park/College Park areas?
