In hindsight, I would have held on a little longer and kept holding long-term rentals.Flipping is great, but it's a job too. 

Hello,  does anyone have any idea what a reasonable market rent price would be for group homes?

I did end up having my dad help out, but I made the original payment and about half the remaining.

Due to a significant spike in demand, housing prices have skyrocketed, making it nearly impossible in some areas of the city to find solid returns as a real estate investor.

Plus we have multiple clients doing it. 

It's likely you will have to redo most of their work when you get it checked as you don't want an inferior product out there if you are selling or renting it.

@Anthony ZottoI don't think either will have a big impact on multifamily, unless they drop rates and stimulate demand.
