Are DST fees included in 5.25 estimate I read some as high as 20% fees?

I like to use Rentspree, they just recently increased their application screening fee to $39.99.

Obviously I will be ok to pay a fee.

I don't know what the transfer fees in PA are for Trust transfer of properties but in some states it is waived.
