You can do this by looking on Craigslist, zillow rentals, call numbers on signs in front of other for rent houses.Also, try looking for property managers in your area and set up a consultation/interview.

BTW, Here is a list of my closing costsOrigination Charges = $2616 (This seems very high to me)Appraisal = $820 (I know this is extremely high and the bank is making me us their guy)Consultant Fee-Reno = $415 (no idea what this is for?)
