The thing about rules, regulations and laws is that a violation of some infraction can become a violation of other aspects of law, everyone has heard of some DA throwing the book at  some scammer.  

In practice may be a little different first time around, but I get the basic idea which is what I was hoping for.As I'll be out of state, do you have any advice regarding doing due diligence on property taxes, "virtually" (web based DD) for (for example), Tennessee, Texas or Illinois?
