For example, don’t set up a shabby chic girls weekend studio in a place that mainly deer hunters visit.

I figured I could make some extra money mowing lawns after work and on weekends.

No bank statements,  no explaining why Aunt Sally gave you $10 at Christmas and you deposited it in the bank.  

Turning it on and off will eventually wear out the ignitor to the point while one winter you get a call in the middle of the night during a weekend.

I am thinking about offering them cash for keys, $200 if they get their junk and car out this weekend, and if not I will start the eviction proceedings.

I usually want them to move within 7 days at minimum so all my leases are signed between 23rd and 28th day of the month so they can move in on 1st or that week end.

I would be happy to give up weekends and work for $0 for someone with experience that can show me how to do this the right way.
