Some HIs will walk the property with you for a steep discount and tell you what they see to inform your offer.

Company seems legit from what I can find online, but I can't seem to find any specific MTR landlord feedback on working with them.  

Situated on a large lot in a thriving Morganton market, it features immediate rental income potential with cosmetic updates already completed.
