General advice for the time being (as well as life in general): don't buy a property that you can't pay for in worst-case scenarios.

The condos, theyre not great, but they are not the worst either.

I'm looking for an average cost so I can start looking at deals and know what a good deal might be thank you all for your previous mistakes and sharing so that I may or may not make them for my investors.

The people who need to make all the mistakes by themselves can get proficient eventually, but it will come with lots of failures, pain, and scars.

They make the same rookie mistakes over and over.

I keep hearing that in order to learn faster and make sure I don't make the same mistakes that a mentor is vital or at least preferred.

I made a mistake and stopped working to save will admitt I spend a bit heavy like most have fallen into the trap I have nice cars and a nice house in a nice neighborhood and my kids have nice shoes.
