The first few years we used HELOCS to make the down payments on our buy and holds, as well as down payment on a flip.

I currently own a single family home in Victoria, BC as well. 

Do you have credit cards with places like Lowes and Home Depot that you can use to buy materials now and not need to pay off for maybe 90 days?

Are there specific investment strategies that seem to be working well for you?

Plus it’s an area we frequently visit and pay someone else to stay on their property so we would like to get some personal use out of it as well.
