For those of you who have access to private money (not hard money), what are the terms?

I do have a friend who is an Investor and has access to buyers and hard money lenders and is helping me at a cost of 50/50 split.I absolutely love what I found here in BP, its like I struck gold lol I have learned so much thus far.

Since I am selling FSBO without an agent, I will not have access to the forms. 

It's fairly straight forward and easy to use and it's a free online accounting program that I can access anywhere.  

If you claim the disabled access credit, you must reduce the amount you deduct or capitalize by the amount of the credit.

Big pockets and access to cheap capital makes it possible for them to scale the business on a national level. 

I think getting access to foreclosure listing would be more beneficial no?

Most independent agencies in my area have access to them.
