I paid $0.76 per letter, for printing, folding, stuffing, handwriting recipient and return address, putting on the stamp, and then putting in the mail.I just had to email him the list, and letter in doc format.

now what we have is a huge supply of houses on the market that realistically are overpriced and due to the lending being strict nobody could buy even if they wern't overpriced. so houses are either just sitting there or being taken off the marker, and nobody is putting homes on the market because of potential losses and the fact that it'll take years to sell.

I was happy to have a contract nailed out, I would feel weird emailing the contractor back trying to come to a mutual agreement, but I guess it would be beneficial for both of us.The main problem here is getting the damn people out to even look at it.

AND, we have had cases where a bank has said no and then came back to us three or four months later and said OK, we’ll take your offer (to which our reply is “well that was then and this is now, our offer is now 20% less than it was back thenâ€, take it or leave it)If you are using an agent or even if you are using the MLS yourself, you should be set up to get daily email alerts of price drops, new listing etc.

Interesting, but it seems like a lot of work and you need $700-800 worth of supplies excluding the dye.
