If you're going to be living here for 4+ years, I would suggest finding a short term rental (6 month maybe) to get situated and really scope out the different areas.

I also suggest a bug inspection and a sewer line inspection.

I'm not sure how often it happens.I figure I have to interview Brokers to see how these situations can be handled.I'm hoping to get some suggestions which I can bring to the interview before associating myself with a Broker.Thanks for suggesting to inform all bidders.So please, keep in mind I'm not trying to be shady.

I'm also curious if anyone with experience in multiple markets has any suggestions as to whether another market might be best for my situation and trying to start off with the smallest possible out of pocket investment?
