Hi Stephen,I have done this on residential properties here in California and unlike most Rehab's it is a lot more intensive on the construction side of things.Most people are fearful of this but you really shouldn't be, Find yourself a good General Contractor and run repair cost numbers. sometimes the owners are willing to let go of the property at a heavy discounted price due to the damage and the stress associated with rebuilding.Cheers,Paul

I actually just hired three summer interns for a tech startup that I'm part of, and the level of hands-on experience by the engineering and comp sci majors was well above that of students majoring in other fields.So, while I agree that in theory physics and other majors are just as -- if not more -- rigorous than engineering and comp sci, the practical application of knowledge is more stressed in these majors than in other majors.
