No budget mentioned per ft or total run needed, there may not be an inexpensive method, depends on your concept of expensive. :) 

I'm a full time Investor that has never done a Wholesale deal.I have done 5 fix and flips.But have never done any wholesaling.I understand the concept and know what to wright on the contract but when it comes to getting paid do I use a Title company?

I find understanding a concept and explaining it are different things.

Wholesaling is easy concepts, hard work (sometimes) and most agents dont understand at all.

Both sound like a great concept and seem to make sense, but I have not seen a good deal yet.

That program was actually one of the first ones I came across when I learned the concept of wholesaling.

Self directed IRA & 401k plans are very much a niche product, but there is a community of advisors who really understand the concept and can help you out.
