How many real estate agents, contractors and brokers in WA / OR state will find interesting to cooperating on projects? 

Is there anyone out there who knows of any company that could provide a loan solely based upon the project it self ?

How can I find a real estate mentor in my area to work with me on my new project,,I am ready and willing to learn

It is a million dollar project that requires 10% down. 

But I would be circumspect about how I requested the records (need them for personal research project), how the information appeared when disseminated (all indications that it came from the State would be removed), and how I phrased my interactions with property owner's who were identified through use of public records (I'd never mention that the owner's identity or address was obtained from the State or County, only that obtained the information legally at considerable cost).

Justin, are you willing to share your projected numbers?

I like this idea, but not all syndicators are willing to do this.Partnering would probably be a good idea as well; finding someone with experience who needs additional funding for projects.

I am still a bit of a newbie investor but do feel like I can add value to a project through being a licensed realtor, current business ownership experience (5 years owning an insurance brokerage), and having some capital to invest.
